A will signed by Michael Jackson in 2002 has revealed that he cut Joe Jackson out entirely and essentially leaves everything to his mother Katherine and his three children, Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket. E! News reports:

According to the Wall Street Journal, the document–which will no doubt be the centerpiece of a lengthy and ferocious legal battle in months to come–divides the superstar’s estate among his mother, his three children (Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II) and at least one charity.
It’s unclear what custody arrangements, if any, Jackson made for his three children. But a court ruling yesterday gave temporary guardianship to Katherine.

At least one aspect of the will does appear to be clear: Joe Jackson wasn’t named as an heir.

Also named on the will are attorney John Branca and music big wig John McClain who are both executors of Jackson’s estate.

And while Michael was said to be $500 million in debt, it looks like his assets will surpass his outstanding accounts by more than $200 million.

Called the “Tila Tequila Cocktail,” here’s the ingredients and directions:

Ingredients:

* 2 oz Gold tequila
* 1/2 oz cherry brandy
* 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
* 1/4 oz Benedictine
* 1/4 oz Grenadine
* 4 oz Pineapple juice
* 1/2 oz Lime juice (fresh)
* 1 dash Angostura bitters

Fill to top, or to taste Club soda
Pineapple slice (garnish)
Cherry (garnish)

Directions:

* 1) Combine tequila, cherry brandy, Grand Marnier, Benedictine, grenadine, pineapple juice, lime juice, and bitters into a cocktail shaker half full of ice.
* 2) Shake vigorously.
* 3) Strain into a tall glass (Collins or highball).
* 4) Fill to top, or to taste, with ice and/or Club soda and garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
