On Tuesday (September 8), Heidi Montag continued her stay in the tropical locale of Costa Rica. The bikini-clad former MTV reality star sipped on a drink while taking a dip in the pool at her villa as one of her dogs joined in on the waterbound action.

In related news, Spencer Pratt has spoken out about his misguided steps when it comes to being a husband to Heidi Montag.

Pratt tells, “Divorce can be a trying, draining, and emotionally devastating experience for all involved. Despite these hardships, most individuals manage to conduct themselves with dignity and maturity. I did not – I failed spectacularly.”

Expressing his remorse over his sex tape sell attempt, the 270year-old tells, “I horribly embarrassed the one person that meant the world to me. For my outrageous and infantile behavior, I offer Heidi my most sincere apologies.”

Continuing on, Spencer gushed, “Over the years, her love, support, and friendship were always given, but never properly cherished. I let her down. She never deserved the pain and anguish I put her through, and although I don’t expect it, I hope in time she’ll be able to forgive me. Even though our relationship has changed, I will always count her among my best friends.”

Pairing up for a fun-filled day at the beach, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens kicked back with friends in Malibu, California on Sunday (July 4).

On Friday night (October 9), Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy were spotted out together last night in West London after 10 months apart.

The on-again off-again pair was seen leaving Beach Blanket Babylon just before midnight last night with another couple.

A friend of Prince Harry said:

“Harry is still besotted with her and she can’t get him out of her head, even though she’s been seeing other guys.

“I don’t think that he and Chelsy Davy have fully resolved some of the problems between them yet but we all think they’ll give it one last shot.”

Meanwhile, The Daily Mail reports that the two are exchanging messages on Facebook. The pair will meet up this weekend at Prince Harry’s 25th birthday party.

On Tuesday (October 6), Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt introduced their new puppies, Dolly and Ninja, while out in the Hollywood Hills.

The Celebrity Couple looked happy taking their tiny pups out for a walk, although the lucky new arrivals were carried for most of the way.

According to paparazzi sources:

“Heidi admitted that having the dogs had made her think twice about having children just yet - as they were quite a handful!”

Speaking of children, Spencer’s sister, Stephanie, recently admitted that she’s not sold that the twosome are ready for kiddies just yet, telling, “Heidi is the one with the baby fever; Spencer is not. She’s like, ‘I still want to get a house with a white-picket fence … and then probably a dog, and then we’ll move on to kids.’ I keep telling her, ‘You don’t have to get a dog [either].’ A dog is a kid. They’re just too busy.”

Meanwhile, as for the rumors that Zac and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens are headed for a split, Efron’s rep says it’s all completely false.

Earlier this month, a supposed inside source told tabloids:

“The pressures of fame and the fact they are not working together any more has really taken its toll. They are both so busy with their individual projects and Zac finds it hard to cope with all the attention Vanessa gets from guys when he’s not around. They’re trying to make more time to see each other to work things out but right now it’s not going well.”
