On Monday afternoon (July 27), Kim Kardashian was spotted out grabbing lunch in Beverly Hills, passing by paparazzi during a visit to popular local eatery La Scala.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian has reportedly ended her long-term relationship with NFL star Reggie Bush.

Having already been confirmed by Kim’s rep, an insider tells Us magazine, “Nobody cheated. This is just a case of conflicting schedules and their lives going in different directions.”

Adding that there are no hard feelings between the E! reality star and her Saints running back ex-beau, the source tells, “It was a totally mutual decision.”

Kim and Reggie started dating back in April of 2007, recently being rumored to be engaged - though Kim denied the claims, telling, “I am not engaged! The rumors about me picking out my ring already are also not true! I don’t know where all this comes from!!”

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” diva was less than excited to live with Bush, especially after a round of real estate searching.

She told press, He hated the one that I loved. There is one that he loved and I know my mom is going to love. So I don’t know. I just feel like I have lived in a condo and it’s just time. I’ve always wanted to buy a big house myself and … It is time for me to move. I wish my sisters could move in with me.”

When asked if she wanted to live with Reggie, Kim replied, “I don’t think I would ever live with someone unless I’m engaged. I’m really firm on that. I have done it before. I would tell all my friends, the best thing is to keep your independence. It feels really good to be able to buy a place by myself.”

On Tuesday night (January 28), Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Reggie Bush were spotted arriving in Tampa for a weekend of Super Bowl parties. Back on the red carpet last (October 31) for Halloween, Kim Kardashian with her boyfriend Reggie Bush was spotted as they arrived at the PUR Jeans party held at STK.
