The “Can’t Be Tamed” chick was in good spirits as she arrived at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, sporting a shirt/vest combo and long curly coif.
Today (November 23), Miley Cyrus is celebrating her 18th birthday at Trousdale. The “Party in the USA” songstress is sure to have a fabulous day filled with family, friends, and tons of awesome gifts.
Miley Cyrus confessed that she’s much more of a comfortable and casual dresser. She said:
“I don’t like dressing up that much, even for dressy kinds of parties and stuff. I like being more casual. I would much rather come underdressed than overdressed.”
She also confessed that while it may be more convenient to shop online, going to the mall is much more gratifying. “I love instant access; I’m an instant gratification kind of person. That’s why I don’t shop online, because I can’t wait for the three days for it to get to me. One day we were driving with my sister, and we went to the army surplus store, and the paparazzi were extremely confused, especially when I came out with a bunch of shopping bags.”
