It’s no secret that the ladies love him, and Robert Pattinson was recently named the World’s Sexiest Man by Glamour magazine.

The “Remember Me” stud topped the list for the third year in a row, thanks to over 40,000 Glamour readers who cast their vote.

Robert Pattinson’s “Twilight” costar Taylor Lautner claimed the 2nd place prize, while Johnny Depp, David Beckham, and Zac Efron rounded out the top five.

On Monday (July 13), David Beckham and teammate Landon Donovan were spotted on their way to team practice with the LA Galaxy, both sporting a white practice jersey with blue shorts and white cleats.

Meanwhile in related news, Landon Donovan recently criticized David in the Grant Wahl book “The Beckham Experiment” for his lack of commitment to the team.

In response, David says:

“In every soccer player’s eyes throughout the world it would be unprofessional to speak out about a teammate especially in the press and not to your face. But I’m going to turn it on a positive spin because that’s what this needs. But in 17 years, I have played with the biggest teams in the world and the biggest players and not once have I been criticized for my professionalism. It’s important to get this cleared up and I will be speaking to Landon either this evening or over the next couple of days.”

On Monday (February 23), David Beckham shows off his new Adidas shoes at a store in Milan.

Lots of fans turned up to see him. The 33-year-old English hunk signed autographs and posed for pictures as he hyped up interest in his newest footwear release.

Meanwhile, Adriano Galliani is still holding out hope that Becks will be able to lengthen his stay with the Italian club, telling press:

“We are working to allow him to stay with us until June 30th, 2010. It’s the player’s will to remain here so he can play in the 2010 World Cup. In the USA, he’s considered a testimonial of their league and of other commercial things: that’s why there is the difference between our offer and the LA Galaxy’s request.”

“David is ready to give up to a lot of money. It depends on him and his lawyers to negotiate everything. We will see. He will return to Los Angeles on March 9th, or he will remain until May 31st, or rather he will remain with us until June 2010. I hope for the third hypothesis,”

David Beckham may be staying in Italy and stay with Italian team AC Milan who he just might take to the championships.

To keep the 33-year-old English hunk on Italian soil, AC Milan’s general manager Adriano Galliani is doing everything he can to negotiate a deal and make him stay for awhile. He told the PBA:

“Beckham’s lawyers are talking to the Los Angeles Galaxy, who are the rightful owners of his registration. If they show themselves to be ready to look at a deal, we would be really happy to do so.”

“We are looking to get him either on loan until the end of the season or on a permanent basis. Otherwise, with the greatest regret from everyone – starting with me – Beckham will have to go.”

Meanwhile, Galaxy owners want David back before the start of their season, but he has an escape clause that could allow him to end his five-year contract early. The LA Times reports:

“Milan will do everything to have Beckham even after March. It is clear that it’s our wish to have him until the end of the season [May 31] or on a permanent deal.”

The Galaxy has insisted that Beckham must return by March 9 for the beginning of the Major League Soccer season, and Galliani admitted that the MLS club is fully within its rights in doing so.

“There’s always a hope, but contracts should be honored,” he said. “If the Galaxy wants to talk, we would be very happy to try. But . . . they are in the right. Beckham must return to America on March 9. Let’s wait.
