Beyonce Knowles at the World Music Awards

On Sunday (November 9), to kick off the 2008 World Music Awards Beyonce Knowles performed Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It) in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

According to Reuters the female pop award went to Britain’s Leona Lewis, and U.S. singer Kid Rock got the male pop category. Other winners included Amy Winehouse was named female pop/rock act of the year and Alicia Keys, who snatched up world’s best R&B category, while Lil Wayne was named world’s top hip-hop/rap artist.

Beyonce Knowles out at Bloomingdales

On October 28, Beyonce Knowles and her mother Tina out for a promotional gig at Bloomingdales store in New York City.

Guys, if you purchased a dress from Beyonce’s House of Dereon dress collection you will also given an autographed copy of the “Cadillac Records” soundtrack, which won’t be available in stores for another month.

Beyonce Knowles plug her upcoming album

Beyonce Knowles visit the MTV’s Total Request Live yesterday with her new album - a double-disc package, with 17 songs in all.  The first disc in the deluxe package will have a more romantic, chilled out vibe, and will be titled “I Am…Beyonce” , the second disc, contain more upbeat dance tracks, set for release on November 18.
