Michael Lohan: Samantha Ronson is a Parasite

lindsay-sam-club-back.jpg

Michael Lohan, father of young gossip magnet and self-proclaimed bi-sexual Lindsay Lohan, is obviously not pleased with his daughter’s love interest, club DJ Samantha Ronson. He had recently attacked the sister of award-winning music producer Mark Ronson, calling her a ‘parasite.’ In a recent interview, Michael—who has been very vocal in the past about his distaste for his daughter’s gay relationship—has stated that Samantha has refused to let Lindsay spend time with the rest of the Lohan family over the holiday period.

Michael sees Samantha as a bad influence, saying: “”I was prompted to do this by people who know the truth and were tired of people slamming me for standing up for what is right.

“Sure, I made mistakes, but I paid the price and I am trying my best to turn it all around. The same thing I hope for Lindsay and anyone else, on any level, in her position.

“I remained silent for quite a long time but when Sam prompted Lindsay to write that blog and kept her away from her siblings during Christmas – that was the final straw.”

Michael appears to be particularly infuriated with Samantha due this alleged blog entry that Samantha wrote on Lindsay’s MySpace page. The blog entry was said to have contained very sharp and bitter commentary against Michael, mentioning the fact that he was the father of an illegitimate 14-year-old daughter.

“I am 99 per cent certain that Lindsay’s blog was authored by Samantha,” Michael insisted.

Besides calling the 31-year-old DJ a ‘parasite,’ he also called her a ‘dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity.’

Besides being younger sis to Mark, Samantha is also the twin sister of fashion designer Charlotte Ronson, and the step-daughter of Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones, and co-owns the New York City nightclub The Plumm. In a December 2008 interview, Lindsay herself declared their lesbian relationship public, stating: “I think it’s pretty obvious who I’m seeing… I think it’s no shock to anyone that it’s been going on for quite some time… She’s a wonderful person and I love her very much.”

Eva Mendes: Happy to Be a Mature Actress

eva-mendes-spiritful.jpg

In the midst of child stars who grow up to be adult actors in their own right, vivacious actress Eva Mendes claims how glad she is that she started her own career off when she was already grown up. The American bombshell first gained star status at the relatively mature age of 28 in 2003’s action car flick “2 Fast 2 Furious.” She states that she feels very lucky to have had enough maturity from the very beginning of her career, unlike many members of young Hollywood who appear to lack the said maturity when dealing with the pressures of fame.

Eva states: “There are a lot of lost little souls in Hollywood - a lot of young women who have so much, who come into fame and fortune when they are young, and it’s very difficult to handle that.

“I just thank my lucky stars for being an adult before being an actress.”

Besides the maturity issue, she also claims how upset she is by rumors that she often gets catty with her female co-stars. The press often bugs this “The Women” star about her alleged disputes, and she gets really annoyed in the process. She explains that her getting bitchy and insecure around other women as beautiful as she is is a downright stereotype and should not be taken seriously in any way.

Eva says: “It’s a very sexist way of thinking. Nobody ever asks that when men work together in an ensemble cast. I have been in the business 10 years and I’ve never had a negative situation with another actress - ever!”

Her co-stars in “The Women” include Meg Ryan, Annette Bening, Jada Pinkett Smith, Candice Bergen, Carrie Fisher, Debi Mazar and Debra Messing—lovely ladies all. The comedy film, directed by Diane English, is an updated version of the 1939 film of the same name directed by George Cukor, which was itself based on a 1936 play written by Clare Booth Luce. The film revolves around a set of gorgeous Manhattan socialites who take idle gossip very seriously.

Michael Jackson Wants to Bury the Hatchet with Sir Paul McCartney

michael-jackson-health.jpg

The King of Pop plans to make peace with his long-time Beatle foe. After a rivalry that has spanned nearly 24 years, Michael Jackson is thinking of giving his portion of the highly profitable Beatles back catalogue to Sir Paul McCartney, one of the Beatles’ main songwriters. McCartney was obviously infuriated when the Gloved One outbid him back in 1985 to gain the possession of the 350 million-pound publishing rights for the entire Lennon-McCartney songbook. Now, he might just get back what he deserved.

Jackson, who is reportedly undergoing a serious genetic lung disease, longs to settle their squabble in case his condition gets much worse. In the latest version of his will, he has indicated that McCartney will have full power over the songbook the moment Jackson passes away.

It has been revealed by sources close to Jackson that he has always felt upset over the feud with the knighted Beatle. One source stated: “Michael is worried about his health so he decided it was time to look at his finances. Most of his estate has been divided up between his three children. But Michael told his lawyers that he was sad as he no longer talks to Sir Paul and said he wanted to make things right.”

The source went on to say: “Michael is suffering serious back and leg pain. He spends a lot of time in bed and a wheelchair. He weighs just over seven stone and is very frail. He’s also had a nasty bout of emphysema and there have been reports he has another lung disease.”

Songs from the Lennon-McCartney songbook include many of history’s greatest pop songs such as “Across the Universe,” “Blackbird,” “The Fool on the Hill,” “Ticket to Ride,” “Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown,” “The Long and Winding Road,” “Here, There and Everywhere,” “I Want to Hold Your Hand,” “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds,” “Let It Be,” “Yellow Submarine,” and “You’ve Got to Hide Your Love Away.” Suffice it to say that classics such as these would garner lots of profits for the person who has control over them.
