Rihanna: London music video shoot


On Wednesday (November 30), Rihanna was spotted shooting scenes for “You Da One” in London. The “S&M” songstress worked her magic in ripped denim hot pants and a white vest with a blonde wig as she danced through a raunchy routine.

In record sales news, Ri-Ri’s latest album Talk That Talk entered the Billboard 200 album chart at #3 with over 197,000 copies sold in its first week. Talk That Talk marks Rihanna’s sixth top 10 debut and second biggest week since her album Loud scored 207,000 units last November.

The Kardashian sisters have landed themselves the cover of the January 2012 issue of Glamour, as they continue to intrigue the public and rule the reality TV world.

Available on newsstands December 6th, . Kim, Kourtney and Khloe posed for a fun-filled Ben Watts shot spread gracing the magazine’s pages with the headline on the New Year’s Special reading “There’s no judgment between sisters.”

Kim Kardashian: …I think I’ll always be a hopeless romantic.

Glamour: What do you mean by that?

Kim Kardashian: It means that I believe in love and the dream of having a perfect relationship, but my idea of it has changed. I think I need to not live in a fairy tale like that. I think I maybe need to just snap out of it and be a little more realistic.

Khloé Kardashian: I love Kim’s belief in love and the fact that she feels so strongly about it. She has that dream every girl has.

PETA famous vegetarians

They’ve all made the decision to cut meat out of their diets for good, and while some may argue they’re missing out, a number of celebs have been honored by PETA for their commitment.

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals created a special series of stamps featuring photos of famous vegetarians.

Natalie Portman, Ellen DeGeneres, Leona Lewis, Pamela Anderson and Paul McCartney can all be seen in the new stamp collection.

Also making the cut are stars like Woody Harrelson, Steve-O, and Russell Simmons.

2011 ARIA Awards: List of Winners

2011 ARIA Awards

On Sunday (November 27), the 2011 ARIA Awards were the place to be in Sydney, Australia. The annual event went down at Allphones Arena with a long line of stars working the red carpet press area before heading inside for the Land Down Under ceremony.

Among the early arrivals this year were Kylie Minogue and sister Dannii, with Kylie being inducted into the Hall of Fame by PM Julia Gillard along with fellow HOF honoree The Wiggles.

Upon taking the stage, Miss Minogue told the crowd that she felt “amazement I am still here … Gratitude, humility, wonderment and pride.”

Meanwhile, celebrity presenters turning up for the 2011 ARIAs included the lovely Delta Goodrem in a tan and black Lisa Ho long dress, along with Benji and Joel Madden, Erin McNaught, Katie Noonan and Molly Meldrum.

The show featured performances by acts such as Gurrumul, The Living End, Guy Sebastian, Art vs Science, Drapht and Cut Copy, with a total of thirty trophies being handed out to big winners such as Boy & Bear (who took home a pack leading 5 in categories including Best Album) and Gotye (who won Best Male, Best Pop Release and Best Single for his chart topping single Somebody That I Used to Know).

2011 American Music Awards: List of Winners

2011 American Music Awards

Making for quite the star-studded spectacle, the 2011 American Music Awards took place at Nokia Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday night (November 20).

The annual musical showcase featured plenty of action, with the big winner of the ceremony being Taylor Swift - who picked up three trophies including Country Female Artist, Country Album and the grandest of all prizes Artist of the Year.

Other triumphant artists included Nicki Minaj with two trophies for Rap Hip Hop Artist and Rap Hip Hop Album for “Pink Friday” while Bruno Mars nabbed Pop/Rock Male honors and Hot Chelle Rae landed the title of Best New Artist.
